Spacial planning

Spacial planning defines the conditions to maintain city areas, define it’s usability, design, rebuilding and property sanation. It defines requirements for environment protection and cultural protetction, especially valuable parts of nature in city or town. This plan contains basics of space development, goals of space usage, standards, guides, measures and usage terms, environment and space protection and other important elements.

Expert supervision is done on basis of actual Croatian laws and includes control and quality management of works in progress, regular supervisions of the construction site, keeping track of needed construction documents and solving possible problems on site, keeping works on schedule.
